Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

We are looking for a Telecaller to support our recruitment team by connecting with candidates over phone, explaining job opportunities, and scheduling interviews.

The role requires good communication skills and the ability to maintain candidate relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential candidates regarding job openings.
• Explain job roles, company details, and interview process to candidates.
• Screen basic candidate details such as qualification, experience, and location.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with the recruitment team.
• Maintain and update candidate database and call records.
• Follow up with candidates for interview confirmation and joining updates.
• Share job details through WhatsApp, SMS, or email when required.
• Work closely with recruiters to close open positions quickly.

• Required SkillsGood communication skills (Hindi, English, or Gujarati preferred).
• Basic knowledge of recruitment process.
• Comfortable with calling and candidate interaction.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM).

• QualificationGraduate or Undergraduate.
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or recruitment preferred.
• Experience0–2 years of experience in telecalling or recruitment.
