Job Description
Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)
Job Role: We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Telecalling Executive to handle daily calling and follow-ups for PG accommodation inquiries received from online platforms and other sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily calling to leads received from online platforms (Whatsapp, Instagram, Just dial, etc.)
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Explaining PG facilities, pricing, and availability clearly
- Regular follow-ups with interested leads
- Converting inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maintaining call records and follow-up data
- Coordinating with on-ground team for room availability
- Supporting other sales and marketing activities
- Achieving monthly booking targets
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & Gujarati required, Basic English preferred)
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Sales mindset with target-oriented approach
- Polite and professional behavior
