Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers based on a provided list.
• Present and explain our products/services in a clear and compelling manner.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Update customer information and call logs accurately in our database.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Minimum 6 Months in telecalling or a related field.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English with a clear and pleasant phone voice.
• Customer Focused: Strong ability to handle customer queries.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Flexible Schedule: Availability to work night shifts.
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
