Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller who can connect with potential customers/partners over calls, explain our services, and generate leads or onboard clients. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude to handle calls professionally. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Calling & Lead Generation

• Make outbound calls to potential customers / drivers / hotel partners
• Explain company services and benefits clearly
• Generate leads and convert them into customers

2. Customer Interaction

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Answer customer queries and provide accurate information
• Build positive relationships with clients

3. Data Management

• Maintain call records and update Excel data
• Follow up with interested leads regularly  

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
• Confident and polite speaking style
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel)
• Ability to convince and handle objections
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
