Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a disciplined and energetic Telecalling Sales Executive who can handle inbound and outbound customer leads, understand customer needs, and convert inquiries into successful sales. The role focuses on building trust with customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them toward the right product. The ideal candidate should be confident while speaking, organized in maintaining lead records, and committed to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Handle telephonic communication with potential customers who have shown interest in our products through marketing campaigns or inquiries.

Understand customer requirements by asking relevant questions and identifying their needs.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to help customers make informed decisions.

Maintain proper records of customer interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up dates in the CRM or Google Sheets system.

Schedule follow-up calls, video consultations, or store visits when required.

Build positive relationships with customers and maintain a professional tone during all conversations.

Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order confirmations and customer support.

Ensure that no lead is missed and every conversation is properly documented.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Confidence and clarity while speaking on calls.

Ability to understand customer requirements and respond effectively.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Sheets or CRM tools.

Strong discipline in maintaining call records and follow-ups.

Ability to handle rejection and continue calling with a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualities

Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is preferred.

Interest in home furnishing or interior products is an advantage.

Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
