Telecalling Executive

JOB TITLE: TELESALES AGENT (USA SHIFT)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Telesales Agents for our USA shift. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential customers in the United States. Your primary goal will be to generate sales leads, close deals, and contribute to the overall growth of our organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Conduct outbound calls to international customers.

·        Deliver persuasive sales pitches and address queries.

·        Generate and qualify leads, maintaining accurate records.

·        Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

·        Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction.

·        Adhere to international telesales regulations and compliance standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·        High school diploma or equivalent.

·        Proven telesales experience in an international BPO. (preferred)

·        Basic communication skills in English.

·        Results-driven with strong interpersonal and cultural sensitivity.

·        Familiarity with CRM software and telephony systems.

JOB TIMING: - Night Shift - 06:30 PM - 04:30 AM

SALARY: 15,000- 20,000/-per month (Excluding Incentives)
