Job Title: Telecalling Executive – Swiggy

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:We are looking for Telecalling Executives to work with Swiggy. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and merchants, explaining Swiggy services, resolving basic queries, and supporting onboarding or order-related communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers/restaurants/partners
• Explain Swiggy services, offers, or onboarding process
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally
• Maintain call records and update basic information
• Follow company calling scripts and guidelines
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
• Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
• Basic smartphone or laptop with internet connection
• Ability to work from home in a quiet environment
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
