Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to contact potential or existing customers over the phone, promote products/services, generate leads, and provide accurate information. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Explain products or services clearly and persuasively
• Generate leads and schedule appointments or follow-ups
• Answer customer queries and handle objections professionally
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets
• Follow company scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines
• Coordinate with sales or support teams when required
