Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Tele-Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads
- Explain products/services and close sales
- Maintain customer database and update records
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
Requirements:
