Telesales Executive

Role Description:

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Telesales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting company-generated leads into sales over the phone, identifying new prospects, and maintaining strong client relationships. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about communication, persuasion, and achieving sales goals.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads and convert them into successful sales over calls
• Understand client needs and offer relevant products/services
• Present product details clearly and convincingly
• Build long-term rapport with customers through excellent service
• Maintain call records and update lead databases (CRM/tools)
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
• Gather client feedback to improve communication and conversion

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 0–1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (internships/project experience welcome)
• Strong verbal communication in Hindi, English (regional language is a plus)
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused attitude and confidence on calls
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-oriented
• Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM software, email)
