🎯 Role OverviewWe are hiring a Tele Sales Executive to connect with real estate agents, brokers, and firms, explain Antoc CRM, book demos, and help convert leads into paying customers.

This is a target-driven role with clear growth opportunities.

• 🧠 Key ResponsibilitiesCall real estate agents & firms from provided leads
• Explain Antoc CRM features in simple language
• Qualify leads and schedule product demos
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Update call status and notes in CRM
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
• ✅ RequirementsGood Hindi & basic English communication
• Confident on phone calls
• Willing to learn SaaS & real estate basics
• Result-oriented mindset
• Prior tele sales or calling experience is a plus (not mandatory)
