Telesales Executive

Core Responsibilities

• Student Counselling: Educating prospective students about available courses, academic programs, and career opportunities.
• Lead Conversion: Making outbound calls to inquiries generated through marketing campaigns to convert them into enrolments.
• Inbound Query Handling: Answering calls regarding fees, course content, and application procedures.
• Database Management: Maintaining detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and student data in CRM systems.
• Follow-ups: Ensuring timely follow-up calls to prospective students to guide them through the admission process.
• Target Achievement: Reaching daily/monthly targets for admissions. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in tele-sales or customer service, preferably in education field
• Communication: Good verbal communication skills in English and/or local languages (e.g., Hindi).
• Soft Skills: Good interpersonal skills, patience, active listening, and the ability to persuade.
• Technical Skills: knowledge in MS Office
