Job Title: Telecaller (Banking & Loan Process)

Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Experience: Freshers / Up to 1 year experience

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team. Candidates should have basic knowledge of banking, finance, and loan processes. The role involves handling outbound calls, assisting customers with online banking or loan application processes, and converting leads into successful closures. You will also follow up with existing or old leads to check interest and maintain regular communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain banking and loan products clearly
• Assist customers with online application processes
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
• Work towards lead closure (no targets initially)

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of banking/finance/loan procedures
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English; Gujarati is a plus)
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Freshers are welcome
