Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (US Process – Night Shift)

Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad (Office-Based)

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Night Shift – US Time Zone)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

  Salary Criteria: Monthly ₹15,000/- to ₹20,000/- + Sales Incentives+ attendance Bonus+

                                       Performance bonus+ Annual Bonus

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team for a USA-based process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound sales calls to US-based clients.
• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, emails, and follow-ups.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Prior experience in inside sales, international sales, or US process preferred.
• Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zone).
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
• Experience in BPO/KPO/International Sales will be an added advantage.
