Job Overview

COSMI (Diamond Industries) is a growing cosmetics startup dealing in hair & skin care products and B2B raw material supply. We are looking for B2B Telesales Executives who are interested in building a long-term career in sales and client relationship management.

This role starts as a paid internship and offers an opportunity to become a permanent employee based on performance.

Internship & Salary Details -:

Training Period: 3 to 4 months (performance-based)

During Training: ₹10,000/month Stipend + Incentives

After Permanent Confirmation: ₹18,000/month Salary + Incentives

Selection Process

Round 1: Online Personal Interview (Google Meet)

Round 2: Training Assessment

2 days of online orientation & training

Up to 3 test sales calls

Candidate must clear test calls for final selection

📌 Joining Requirement: Selected candidates must be ready to join within 2 days of selection.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle B2B leads and customer inquiries

Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into orders

Maintain proper CRM/Excel updates after each client interaction

Communicate professionally with customers via calls, WhatsApp, and email

Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

Required Skills & Eligibility

Graduate in any stream (Freshers welcome)

Good communication skills

Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn

Self-motivated and result-oriented

Mandatory Requirements:

Stable & strong internet connection (Mandatory)
