Job Description
- Make outbound calls to pharma distributors, importers, marketers, and exporters
- Handle inbound inquiries from India & overseas markets
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Explain third-party manufacturing services (tablets, capsules, syrups, injectables, etc.)
- Pitch export capabilities, certifications, and regulatory support
- Share product lists, quotations, MOQs, and timelines
- Follow-ups - Understand customer requirements (dosage forms, country regulations, quantities)
- Regular follow-ups via calls, emails, WhatsApp
- Coordinate with production, regulatory, and logistics teams
- Assist in preparing proforma invoices, quotations, and product catalogs
- Update CRM or Excel with daily call reports and lead status
- Provide feedback to management on customer demand
