Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

* Handle offline inquiries received through walk-ins, references, brochures, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

* Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain nutraceutical products and company offerings.

* Provide accurate information regarding product benefits, usage, pricing, and availability.

* Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into orders or appointments.

* Maintain and update customer inquiry records in Excel.

* Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for order processing.

* Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.

* Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

* Ensure proper follow-up and closure of all assigned inquiries.
