- Telecaller Job Role & ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling – Call potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Lead Generation – Identify and create new sales opportunities.
- Customer Follow-up – Follow up with interested customers and maintain relationships.
- Product Explanation – Clearly explain product features, prices, and benefits.
