Telesales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining products, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers
• Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries
• Explain products clearly and confidently
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM
• Follow up with interested leads and existing customers
• Handle customer objections professionally
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar role (preferred)
• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, etc.)
• Good listening and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused and target-driven attitude
• Educational Qualification Minimum: Graduate (any stream)
• Experience
• Fresher or 0–3 years of experience (depends on company requirement)
