Tender Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a Tender Executive with minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in GeM bidding. The candidate must have practical working knowledge of both the GeM portal and NIC portal websites, including bid submission, documentation, and compliance activities.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end GeM bidding process
• Identify and analyze tenders on GeM and NIC portals
• Prepare, upload, and submit bids within deadlines
• Manage technical and commercial bid documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, approvals, and documents
• Ensure compliance with tender terms and government norms
• Track bid status, clarifications, and results
• Handle bid modifications, extensions, and corrigendum
• Maintain records of submitted tenders and outcomes
• Coordinate with authorities for post-bid follow-ups if required
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 6 months of experience in GeM bidding (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with GeM portal and NIC portal websites
• Strong understanding of government tender procedures
• Ability to read and interpret tender documents
• Good knowledge of documentation and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
