Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Tender & GeM Executive to manage government and private tender activities. The role involves handling GeM portal operations, documentation, quotation submission, and coordination with vendors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage registration and bidding on GeM and e-tendering portals.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, quotations, and technical bids.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments for tender requirements.
- Track tender opportunities, evaluate eligibility, and maintain submission records.
- Handle post-tender follow-ups, documentation, and contract processing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Commerce or Business preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in GeM/Tender operations or back-office coordination.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, PDF editing, and online documentation.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
