Tender Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Tender & GeM Executive to manage government and private tender activities. The role involves handling GeM portal operations, documentation, quotation submission, and coordination with vendors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage registration and bidding on GeM and e-tendering portals.
• Prepare and submit tender documents, quotations, and technical bids.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments for tender requirements.
• Track tender opportunities, evaluate eligibility, and maintain submission records.
• Handle post-tender follow-ups, documentation, and contract processing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Commerce or Business preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in GeM/Tender operations or back-office coordination.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, PDF editing, and online documentation.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
