Job Overview:-

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Extrusion Machine Operator to join our team at our C.T.M. facility. The ideal candidate must have a diploma or engineering degree, along with proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Prior experience in the extrusion industry will be considered a strong advantage. This role involves mold/tooling design, coordination with vendors, and production setup responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

⭐ Design & Tooling:

-Design molds and tooling for extrusion products using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

-Ensure all designs are production-ready and meet quality standards.

⭐ Vendor Management:

-Issue job work orders to vendors for mold/tooling production.

-Inspect and receive molds from vendors, ensuring accuracy and quality.

⭐ Production Setup:

-Assemble molds and set up the extrusion machine for production runs.

-Monitor and optimize the setup for efficiency and quality output.

⭐ Coordination & Documentation:

-Assign mold numbers and update/maintain the mold register.

-Share final product drawings and specifications with the sales team.

-Maintain organized records of all tooling and mold-related activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

👉Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (mandatory).

👉Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD (mandatory).

👉1+ year experience in the extrusion field (preferred).

👉Strong understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes.

👉Good communication skills and attention to detail.

👉Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
