Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Tool Room Engineer / Tool & Die Maker for our Rubber and Plastic Manufacturing Company.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop dies, molds, and tooling in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Manage tool room operations, maintenance, and tool repair.
- Coordinate with production and R&D for new tool development.
- Perform machining operations (lathe, milling, surface grinding, drilling, fitting).
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and preventive maintenance of all tools.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in tool design and tool room operations.
- Hands-on with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and measuring instruments.
- Experience in rubber, plastic, or polymer industry preferred.
