Job Description

The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company management, this candidate is responsible for sales, purchase, hiring, training, and dismissing any employees at the branch. Responsibilities- 1. Develop the branch & add new clients to our portfolio 2. Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement 3. Create and maintain a weekly report on sales and payments at the branch 4. Hire and train all employees of the branch to develop the branch strength. Qualifications- A) 10+ years' of management or supervisory experience in transport industry b) Experience in hiring & purchase of market fleet (truck, trailer) to meet the requirements of clients C) Having existing clients in Machinery manufacturing, Infrastructure, Power, CNF & Mining
