Job Title: Tour & Travel Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Handle domestic and international tour packages

Manage customer inquiries via call, email, and walk-ins

Design customized travel itineraries as per client requirements

Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, transport, and sightseeing

Ensure timely confirmation of reservations and travel documents

Maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer details

Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions

Liaise with vendors, hotels, and transport providers

Achieve customer satisfaction and repeat business

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in Tours & Travels industry

Knowledge of domestic & international destinations

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, booking portals)

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pleasing personality with sales orientation

Education Qualification:

Graduate / Diploma in Travel & Tourism (preferred)

Any graduate with relevant experience can apply
