Job Description
- Handle client communication via call, WhatsApp & email.
- Understand travel requirements and share quotations/itineraries.
- Coordinate with hotels, cab vendors & other suppliers for rates and availability.
- Follow up with clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Prepare vouchers and confirmations, and maintain booking records.
- Provide trip support to guests and resolve on-trip queries.
- Collect feedback and Google reviews after trip completion.
