Job Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-in customer inquiries
- Design and customize domestic & international tour packages
- Flight ticket booking and hotel reservations
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Complete computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet, booking portals)
- Experience in flight & hotel booking systems
- Good customer-handling and sales skills
- Prior experience in a travel agency will be preferred
