Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international tour packages
- Design customized travel itineraries based on client requirements
- Manage flight bookings, hotel reservations, transfers, and travel insurance
- Assist clients with visa documentation and travel guidelines
- Provide accurate information on destinations, attractions, and travel regulations
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and transport vendors
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Maintain client database and follow up on leads
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Handle post-booking support and resolve customer complaints
