Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Travel Consultant specializing in Japan tour packages. The candidate will be responsible for designing, selling, and managing end-to-end international tour packages with a strong focus on Japan. The role involves client consultation, itinerary planning, supplier coordination, and ensuring exceptional travel experiences for our customers.
Sales & Client Handling
- Handle inquiries for international tour packages, with a special focus on Japan tours
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable itineraries
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective follow-ups
- Provide accurate information on destinations, visas, flights, hotels, and sightseeing
Documentation & Coordination
- Assist clients with Japan visa guidance and documentation
- Prepare quotations, invoices, vouchers, and tour documents
- Maintain booking records and client databases
- Coordinate with operations and accounts teams
