UI / UX Designer

UI/UX Designer (Remote)We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer with 1–1.5 years of experience to join our team and help design engaging user experiences for modern web and mobile applications.

You will be responsible for designing intuitive interfaces, improving user journeys, and creating interactive experiences for our product Polzet — a modern social polling platform where users vote on image-based questions and explore trending polls.

• ResponsibilitiesDesign intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, wireframing, and prototyping to improve user experience.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Design feed-based and interactive experiences that increase user engagement.
• Create micro-interactions, animations, and motion elements to enhance the overall UX.
• Work closely with developers and product managers to implement designs efficiently.
• Ensure designs follow UI/UX best practices, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
• Improve existing designs based on user feedback, analytics, and testing results.
• Maintain and improve design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
• Prepare developer-friendly design handoffs using Figma (auto-layout, components, spacing systems).

• Requirements1+ year of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
• Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD for wireframing, UI design, and prototyping.
• Understanding of mobile-first design principles and responsive layouts.
• Knowledge of user research, usability testing, and interaction design.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Strong creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Preferred Skills: Experience designing mobile apps or SaaS platforms.
• Experience designing social media style feeds or engagement-based platforms.
• Familiarity with design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Experience with micro-interactions and motion UX.
• Knowledge of modern UI trends and accessibility standards.
