Job Description

Jobslink Inc™ is seeking an energetic, ambitious, and result-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team at our Ahmedabad (380015) office. This opportunity is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in US IT staffing and sales.

In this role, you will work closely with bench consultants across multiple visa categories and leverage AI-powered recruitment and sales tools to improve consultant marketing, optimize submissions, and maximize interview conversion rates across the US market—without compromising speed or volume.

Key Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants (H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.) to implementation partners, direct clients, and vendors across the US.
• Utilize AI-driven tools for resume enhancement, requirement analysis, job matching, and outreach personalization.
• Submit consultant profiles on platforms such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, JobDiva, and other US job portals using AI-supported keyword optimization.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with consultants through regular communication and performance feedback.
• Negotiate contract rates, terms, and closures with vendors and clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of submissions, interviews, and placements in the ATS/CRM, supported by AI-based tracking and insights.
• Track daily and weekly KPIs using AI-enabled dashboards and reporting tools.
• Identify and onboard new vendors and direct clients using AI-powered market research and lead-generation tools.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, client requirements, and US staffing standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
• High interest in sales, US staffing, and client interaction.
• Willingness to work in the US EST night shift.
• Basic knowledge of US work visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, etc.) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, AI-powered ATS features, resume screening tools, sourcing automation platforms, or analytics dashboards is an added advantage.
