Job Description
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
- Manage goods receipt, storage, and dispatch processes efficiently.
- Warehouse Operations:
- Supervise loading and unloading of goods.
- Ensure proper storage of materials according to safety and handling standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain warehouse records, including delivery notes, stock reports, and shipment details.
- Prepare periodic reports on stock levels, damages, or shortages.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordination:
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams for timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Support logistics and supply chain teams in planning and execution.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular safety checks and report hazards or incidents.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic analytical and reporting abilities.
- Personal Attributes:Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team player with leadership potential.
