Responsibilities

AALP is the flagship leadership program that is designed to create young CEOs to head Adani businesses 

It is an exclusive high impact program, designed to fast-track professionals into leadership roles across Adani Group businesses.

 This is a multi- year program divided into several parts. 

The AALP program starts with short term rotations within the Adani business sector chosen by the participant. This will be followed by the participant performing well structured roles designed for each year to work with CEOs, Managing Directors and Promoters. The roles to be performed in the latter part of the program will further accelerate the participant’s journey to lead an Adani business within the chosen business sector.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: MBA from a Tier 1 institution
