Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Lead Management & Conversion

Call fresh leads and explain course details

Counsel parents and students regarding course benefits

Follow up regularly for admissions

Maintain lead data and update daily report

2️⃣ Parent Counseling

Handle objections regarding fees, online classes, and results

Explain course structure, faculty support, and exam preparation strategy

Build trust and long-term relationship with parents

3️⃣ Student Management

Maintain student attendance record

Coordinate with students regarding classes and exams

Follow up inactive students

Maintain WhatsApp groups professionally

4️⃣ Exam & Webinar Coordination

Arrange online tests (Google Forms / other platforms)

Send reminders to students

Assist in webinar arrangements and coordination

Collect feedback after sessions

✅ Required Skills

Excellent communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)

Strong convincing and negotiation ability

Target-oriented mindset

Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Google Forms

Good follow-up discipline

Professional and confident personality

🎓 Qualification

Graduate (any stream)

Experience in education sales / tele-calling preferred
