Job Description
The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, handling transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Key Responsibilities:Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and records
- Prepare invoices, bills, and payment vouchers
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
- Prepare GST returns, TDS, and other statutory filings
- Manage payroll processing and salary records
- Monitor expenses and maintain cost control
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Coordinate with auditors for audits and compliance
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Required Skills:Good knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience in Tally / ERP software
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
