Account Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Bookkeeping

2. Bank reconciliation

3. Financial Reporting

4. Managing petty cash transactions

5. Perform sales & purchase transactions

6. Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits

7. Working with sales and purchase ledgers and journals

8. Completing purchase orders. Procure material and delivery to site.

9. Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct

10. Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or master degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Previous 2 years of experience in accounting or finance required.

3. Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word are must.

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duration: on successful completion of 6 Months, your performance will be reviewed and full-time association with company will be offered
