Profile: We Are Looking For A Account Assistant To Join Our Growing Cosmetic & Ayurvedic Manufacturing Company Situated At Ahmedabad, In Order To Provide Support To The Financial Department By Managing Daily Accounting Tasks. In This Role, You Will Be Part Of A Team Of Professionals Working To Maintain Order And Transparency For The Company’s Finances. Preparing Financial Statements And Reporting Are A Large Part Of The Junior Accountant’s Day-To-Day Work. Your Goal Is To Contribute The Overall Efficient Operation Of The Department And Help The Company Be Fully Aware Of Its Financial Condition. This Way Can Make The Right Decisions And Accomplish Long Term Success. Responsibilities: • Daily Tally Entries And Account Book Management Of Payables And Receivables. • Communication To The Suppliers Regarding The Invoice And Payment. • Generate Invoice And E Way Bills. • Assist In Reviewing Of Expenses, Payroll Records Etc. As Assigned By The Senior Accountant / Manager. • Assist Senior Accountants / Manager In The Preparation Of Monthly/Yearly Closings. • Update Financial Data In Databases To Ensure That Information Will Be Accurate And Immediately Available When Ever Required. Requirements: • Sound Knowledge In Accounting. • Proven Work Experience As An Accountant. • 2 To 5 Years Of Experience Will Be Considered. • Proficient In MS Office Like MS Word, MS Excel, Tally And Bill Generation Are Preferred. • Excellent Communication Skill. • Ability To Work Well With A Team. .
