📄 Job Title: Accounts Assistant

🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support our financial operations. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting tasks using Tally Prime, assist in, ensure statutory compliance, and provide financial insights to aid decision-making. This role is critical to maintaining transparency, accuracy, and efficiency across our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions in Tally Prime
• Maintain ledgers, journals, and voucher entries, documents, file work
• Prepare monthly bank and vendor reconciliations

Taxation & Compliance

• Assist in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns decimations work.
• Ensure timely payments and documentation for statutory dues
• Monitor changes in tax laws and update internal processes accordingly

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Generate MIS reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting
• Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities

Audit & Documentation

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Maintain organized records for audit readiness and compliance
• Assist in payroll processing and statutory filings (PF, ESIC, etc.)

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably with Tally Prime
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
• Attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality
