Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Manage all accounting transactions using Tally Prime and Tally ERP 9.
Prepare accurate financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Monitor and maintain accounts payable and receivable.
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings.
Support audits by preparing relevant reports and documentation.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and internal departments.
Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.
Ensure accuracy in data entry, classification, and posting of financial transactions.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3–5+ years of accounting experience.
Proficiency in Tally Prime and Tally ERP 9 is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation (GST, TDS), and statutory compliance.
Good command of MS Excel and general IT tools.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
