Account Executive (Accounting)

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant who can independently manage complete accounting operations for our Logistics, Supply Chain, and Product Trading business. The candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and payment follow-ups without supervision.

• Daily accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Expense, Journal entries)
• Updating sales & purchase invoices in accounting software
• Bank entries & bank reconciliation (BRS)
• Vendor & customer ledger maintenance
• Expense booking and verification
• 💳 Receivables & PayablesPayment follow-ups from customers
• Vendor payment processing & scheduling
• Maintaining ageing reports (Debtors & Creditors)
• Ensuring proper documentation of all transactions
• 📊 Reporting & MISPreparation of monthly P&L report
• Cash flow statement preparation
• Balance Sheet support
• Monthly MIS reporting to management
• Margin analysis (especially for trading & logistics operations)
• 🔄 Reconciliation & ComplianceBank reconciliation
• GST reconciliation (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B coordination with CA)
• TDS working & reconciliation
• Ledger scrutiny & year-end support
• Coordination with CA for finalization & audits
• 🧾 Required Skills & QualificationsB.Com / M.Com (CA Inter preferred but not mandatory)
• 4–8 years of accounting experience
• Experience in Logistics / Trading / Supply Chain industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of:

• P&L & financial statements
• Debtor & creditor management
• Proficiency in:

• Tally / Busy / Zoho Books or similar accounting software
• MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic MIS reporting)
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
