Account Executive (Accounting)

• Accountant (Pharma Industry Experience Preferred)

• Software Preference: MARGERP Experience Preferred

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and documentation

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Process invoices, payments, debit/credit notes, and expense entries
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and ledger postings
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, and statutory compliance work
• Maintain and review general ledger entries and adjustments
• Support internal and external audits by providing required data
• Coordinate with management for financial planning and reporting
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
• Minimum experience in accounting (Pharma industry experience preferred)
• Good understanding of taxation and compliance procedures
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
