Account Executive (Accounting)

• General Ledger: Maintain/reconcile accounts, prepare entries, assist with month/quarter/year-end close.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare statements, analyze data, assist with budget reports.
• Reconciliations: Reconcile bank/credit card statements, resolve discrepancies.
• A/P & A/R: Process invoices/payments, manage aging/collections.
• Tax Compliance: Assist with returns, stay updated on tax laws.
• Internal Controls: Maintain/improve controls, ensure compliance.
• Auditing: Assist with internal/external audits.
• Process Improvement: Identify/implement efficiency improvements.
• Ad Hoc Analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting.
• 2 years accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with accounting software SAP B1 (ERP)
• knowledge of tally.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred: candidate with experience in to manufacturing industry is preferable
