Account Executive (Accounting)

·        Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.

·        Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies

·        Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.

·        Prepare and submit tax returns and other statutory filings.

·        Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and

information.

· Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information

·        Assist in driving the Process Improvements and Standardization Activities

Manage import documentation, including preparation of commercial invoices, packing lists, and other relevant documents

·        Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

·        GST and TDS basic knowledge and practice.

·        Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.

·        Coordinate with other departments to forecast inventory needs.

·        Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.

·        Implement and optimize inventory management systems.

·        Maintain detailed and accurate records of inventory transactions.

·        Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.

·        Inventory Management Software (e.g., Miracle)

·        Manage day-to-day levels of inventories.

·        Properly communicate inter-department for both raw materials & finished goods.

·        Strong warehouse management experience is required.

·        Identify opportunities for process improvement for inventory management and shipping operations.

·        Streamline workflows, identify bottlenecks, enhance efficiency, and minimize errors or delays.
