*Prepare freight invoices (trip-wise / fixed vehicle basis)

*Customer billing reconciliation

*Follow-up for outstanding payments

*Maintain party-wise ageing reports

3. Vendor & Expense

*Management Process payments for

*Diesel

*Driver salaries & advances

*Toll expenses

*Repair & maintenance

*Fleet owners / attached vehicles

*Control trip-wise profitability

4. GST & Compliance

*GST filing (GSTR-1, 3B, reconciliation)

*E-invoicing and e-way bill knowledge

*TDS calculation and returns

*Liaison with CA / auditors

5. MIS & ReportingMonthly

*MIS reports for management

*Vehicle-wise costing analysis

*Profitability per client / route

*Budget vs actual expense tracking

6. Audit & Documentation

*Handle internal and statutory audits

*Maintain proper documentation and vouchers

*Ensure compliance with taxation and regulatory laws
