Job Description
- Handle daily Financial Transactions and accounting works
- Tally Prime and Microsoft Office knowledge
- Petty Cash Handling
- Sales, Purchase, Bank vouchers processing and review
- GST, TDS, Reconciliations
- Import documentation and compliances
- Duties and responsibilities
- Sales, Purchases, Bank data entry and review
- TDS data working on monthly, quarterly basis
- GST computations for the month
- Overall supervision on daily transactions of accounts department
- Petty cash handling and payments
- Send payment Follow up reminders for overdue receivables
- Manage Debtors’ outstanding and sending reminders as per due dates
