Accountant

Kanya Creation is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, ensuring tax compliance, and managing manufacturing-related accounting entries.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally Prime, including purchase/sales invoices, payment/receipt vouchers, and journal entries.

Tax Compliance: Handle monthly GST compliance (GSTR-1, 3B, and GSTR-2A reconciliation), TDS calculations, and timely filing of returns.

Banking & Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage petty cash accounts.

Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile accounts payable (vendors) and accounts receivable (customers) ledgers.

Manufacturing Accounting: Manage job work records, production costs, and inventory valuation specific to the garment industry.

Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets for management review.

Coordination: Coordinate with external Chartered Accountants for audits and year-end final
