Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed-asset ledgers and expenses to payroll and bank reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics-specific accounting, including GST compliance, HSN codes, and international shipping documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record Keeping: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance.
• Logistics Documentation: Verify and process commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping bills to ensure financial data matches operational records.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B) and ensure correct application of HSN codes for various product categories.
• Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and coordinate with vendors to resolve statement discrepancies.
• Payroll & Expenses: Process employee salaries, incentives, and overhead expenses while maintaining accurate records for audit purposes.
• Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets to track company growth and KPIs.
