Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to manage financial records, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and support the organization’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Process invoices, payments, and payroll (if applicable).
• Assist in budget preparation and expenditure monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare tax returns and support tax compliance activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience

• 6-1 years of experience in accounting or Tally.
