Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns
• Daily accounting entries in Tally ERP
• Handling reconciliation of accounts, invoices, and payments
• Proficient use of MS Excel for reports and data management
• Assisting in audits and compliance documentation
• Managing administration tasks related to accounts and office operations
• Coordination with internal teams, vendors, and external consultants
• Handling banking activities including deposits, withdrawals, and online transactions
• Salary management – preparing payroll, disbursing salaries, and maintaining employee records
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely reporting

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Administrative and coordination skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (preferred)
• 1+ year of relevant accounting experience
