Job Description
- Manage purchase accounting, including entry of purchase bills, verification of rates, and reconciliation with GRNs and invoices.
- Maintain and reconcile vendor accounts; handle supplier payments and related documentation.
- Oversee personal accounts of directors, including tracking income, expenses, investments, and reimbursements while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Handle personal management accounting such as staff advances, expense statements, and salary-related accounting.
- Support in month-end closing, stock reconciliation, and preparation of MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist in audit preparations and coordination with auditors.
- Maintain systematic filing and documentation of all accounting records
